UNIFEM Announcement
“Following the purposes of strengthening capacity development and knowledge management, UNIFEM CIS Sub-regional office plans to convene a UNIFEM CIS Staff Retreat which aims at:
· Strengthening understanding of programme planning/implementation process/monitoring, objectives and action plans, existing programmatic tools and knowledge products;
· Enhancing capacity of UNIFEM CIS team through identification of professional/personal contributions into sub-regional programme and strategy;
· Introduction to newly developed tools for facilitation of effective programming and donor’s coordination;
· Identification of the challenges and opportunities for increasing UNIFEM CIS organizational effectiveness;
· Achievement of positive changes through corporate training, personal effectiveness and individual coaching.
In this regard UNIFEM CIS is looking for a qualified company specialised in corporate trainings which will be tasked to facilitate the Retreat.
